How to Put Your Logo on a Watch
A logo that works on a website may not reproduce clearly on a watch dial. Good branding begins with the physical area, viewing distance and production method rather than simply shrinking the artwork.

Choose the branding area deliberately
Dial branding is visible whenever the watch is worn, so scale and restraint matter. A caseback can carry a longer name, message or approved artwork, while the box can support a fuller identity system.
Using all three areas does not mean repeating the largest possible logo. Each placement should have a clear role in the product experience.
Prepare production-ready artwork
Vector files such as AI, EPS or SVG are preferred because they can be scaled without losing edge quality. A high-resolution PDF may also work where its artwork remains editable or sufficiently sharp.
- Provide the primary and simplified logo versions.
- Identify approved colours and monochrome alternatives.
- Remove very fine lines that cannot reproduce at dial scale.
- Confirm whether text remains legible at the proposed size.
Review the logo in context
The logo must sit within indices, hands, date windows, subdials and existing dial printing. Caseback artwork must respect available diameter, construction details and legally required information where applicable.
Approve artwork dimensions and placement against the selected watch rather than treating a generic mockup as a production instruction.
Connect the watch and packaging
Box artwork, sleeve, message card, manual and warranty collateral should use the same approved identity. Packaging also needs to protect the watch and remain commercially workable for the quantity and destination.
The final approval record should connect the watch reference, artwork files, colours and packaging version.
