Approvals
Late specification, sample or packaging approvals move the production plan.
Delivery terms are defined in the written quotation for each B2B project. This page explains the planning factors and is not a substitute for agreed commercial terms.
Domestic delivery planning considers the destination, number of receiving points, carton configuration, insurance requirements, recipient availability and any time-bound event or campaign. Split dispatches and individual recipient deliveries require separate confirmation.
Risk, title, freight responsibility and acceptance requirements follow the quotation, purchase order and invoice agreed for the project.
International projects may require commercial invoices, packing information, origin documentation, buyer-provided import details and destination-specific compliance review. Duties, taxes, customs clearance, restricted materials and last-mile charges depend on the destination and agreed Incoterm or delivery basis.
The buyer remains responsible for confirming local import, labelling and product requirements unless the written scope states otherwise.
Late specification, sample or packaging approvals move the production plan.
Movement, case, dial, strap and packaging availability affect readiness.
Carrier schedules, customs, remote destinations and peak periods affect transit.
Commercial and legal language should be reviewed for the applicable entity, buyer, destination and project. If this page conflicts with an executed agreement, the executed agreement controls.
