Product philosophy

Treat the watch as a complete business system.

The product-development approach connects engineering discipline, buyer positioning, access to suitable supply routes and the realities of retail or gifting. A watch is not treated as an isolated design object.

Movement, case, dial, strap, packaging, margin, inspection and after-sales planning are considered together so the approved product can support its intended customer and channel.
