Rajan is a Mechanical Engineer from REC Kurukshetra and an MBA from IIM Calcutta. His career has spanned product development, OEM manufacturing, brand licensing, global sourcing, e-commerce and retail distribution across the watch and lifestyle industries. He has held leadership roles covering Asia and the Middle East, and spent approximately five years based in the Netherlands.

Rajan's professional experience includes work associated with Timex, Maxima, Danish Design, Jacob Jensen, Lee Cooper and Kappa. His work has taken him across more than 20 countries and covered the full lifecycle of the watch business — from movement selection and product development through to marketplace strategy, retail distribution and margin optimization.
