What is covered
- Manufacturing defects in the movement and case.
- Plating defects within the plating warranty period.
- Assembly defects present at delivery.
What is not covered
- Accidental damage, drops and impact.
- Water damage on non-water-resistant products.
- Normal wear on strap, plating and crystal.
- Damage from unauthorised service.
Battery policy
- Battery is checked pre-dispatch.
- Standard battery is a consumable and typically not covered under warranty.
Strap policy
- Straps are wear items. Manufacturing defects on delivery are covered; wear over time is not.
Claim process
- Customer contacts the seller with proof of purchase.
- Product is inspected; genuine defects are repaired or replaced per the programme.
- Turnaround time is programme-specific and communicated at intake.
